Who We Are:

Our Committee is part of the larger Madison County Partnership for Community Health that is working to improve the health of Madison County residents through collaborative efforts of organizations and individuals interested in creating, promoting, and maintaining healthy environments and lifestyles. The Make Health Happen Coalition is looking to engage past, present and hopefully new members as we work to identify opportunities to collaborate and pinpoint tangible strategies and action items to improve the health outcomes in the county. Our key focus areas are: Healthy Food & Beverages, Food Access & Scarcity, Physical Fitness & Built Environment.
