Madison County provides unit-based rental assistance for 28 properties in Madison County. The program is funded by the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) and administered by MCCD. |

The Madison County Rapid Re-Housing Program (RRH) provides subsidized rental housing and utilizes MCCD’s case management support for homeless people/families for a two-year period to become self-sufficient. |
