		Rental Housing Support Madison County provides unit-based rental assistance for 28 properties in Madison County. The program is funded by the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) and administered by MCCD.
		Rapid Rehousing The Madison County Rapid Re-Housing Program (RRH) provides subsidized rental housing and utilizes MCCD’s case management support for homeless people/families for a two-year period to become self-sufficient.
		ADA Housing Accessibility Ramps Madison County provides grant funding to low- and moderate-income homeowners for the construction of ADA Home Accessibility Grants. Prospective grant recipients may request accessibility ramp construction.
		Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program Madison County offers energy assistance to low-income residents.
