ONLY PERSONS NECESSARY TO THE PROCEEDINGS SHOULD COME TO COURT. LEAVE FAMILY AND FRIENDS AT HOME.

 FELONY COURT DOCKET INFORMATION:  Starting in September, the State’s Attorney and Defense Attorney are required to appear for all scheduled cases. Defendants represented by counsel are generally not required to appear. However, Defendants must appear if ordered by the Court or if the attorneys have arranged a specific date and time for presentation of a plea.
