STARRS
St. Louis Area Regional Response System (STARRS) coordinates with the governments of St. Charles, Franklin Jefferson and St. Louis counties and the city of St. Louis in Missouri and the governments of St. Clair, Madison and Monroe counties in Illinois as well as with the States of Missouri and Illinois and the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in efforts to improve the region’s security.
